20 YEARS VINYL WARRANTY
C-Sky Windows Ltd. warranties any white vinyl window or door part found to be defective due to material or workmanship for a period of 20 years after installation. Exceptions include color paintedwindows and doors. Any painted vinyl window will carry a 10 years warranty for its painted part.
20 YEARS HARDWARE WARRANTY
C-Sky Windows Ltd. warranties all hardware parts found to be defective due to material or workmanship for a period of 20 years after installation.
20 YEARS SEALED GLASS WARRANTY
C-Sky Windows Ltd. warranties sealed glass within our vinyl windows for 20 years. Exceptions include units with colonial or diamond grids, tempered glass, and tinted glass. These units will carry a 10 years non-prorated warranty. Units with a v-groove glass or brass pencil grids will carry a 5-year non-prorated warranty.
TRANSFER OF WARRANTY
Warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner by completing a form and submitting it to the company.
The above warranty covers replacement or repair of defective material.
The warranty will not apply to:
- Products, which have been damaged as a result of improper installation or abuse of the product.
- Products, which have been damaged as result of the structural movement or settling product cleaning.
- Products, which have been removed from original installation location.
- Products, which have been shipped outside Canada.
- Replacement labor costs.
